We here at the DDF are anticipating the release of Duke Nukem: Forever, a game fourteen years in the making. In what should come as no surprise to gamers anymore, DNF has been delayed. While not for another fourteen years, the game will see it's release now on June 14th in the US instead of May 3rd, according to Gearbox's Randy Pitchford. What's another month, right?
While we are on the subject of Duke Nukem, a multiplayer mode was announced called "Capture the Babe," which is similar to capture the flag mode familiar to the FPS faithful. I "ass"ure you there is a twist. The flag is a woman. And, if she resists you have to slap her on her behind. Needless to say, it's caught a bit of flak. Standard multiplayer modes are also included, which pit four against four in various forms of Duke supremacy.
