- Two random villains from the roster will be Galactus' heralds and share one health bar. They are a bit more powerful it seems but they share one health bar.
- Once the heralds are defeated you have galactus who has 3 health bars as if he was 3 characters

Galactus Gets Official
Capcom today released the official video showing off end boss Galactus for Marvel vs Capcom 3. Details for the boss are as follows.

looks mostly like the villians of mvc3 with doom wesker akuma and dormammu in the role of the heralds there may be more like magneto or superskrull
