This is literally the most metal thing I've ever seen.

I know we usually don't cover music 'round these parts, but I couldn't help but post on this: A cruise featuring some of the biggest names in Death/Black/Symphonic Metal.

 70,000 TONS OF METAL!

Over 40 of the top metal bands will be on this ship along with 2,000 guests. It seems like it'll be a very intimate concert environment, and the acts will be staying with the guests! Which means anyone could spot Hansi of Blind Guardian at the bar.

It promises to be the most metal cruise in existence. I'm very interested in the dynamic between luxury cruise ship and heavy metal. I hope that this is a success and happens again.
